Welcome to Luzimarket, a digital marketplace that connects buyers with independent vendors in Mexico. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and MOMENTO ESPECIAL SAPI DE CV, operator of the Luzimarket platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, or making purchases on Luzimarket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our Platform.

Marketplace Model

Luzimarket operates as a digital marketplace that:

• Facilitates connections between buyers and independent vendors
• Processes payments securely through Stripe Connect
• Provides technological infrastructure for transactions
• Carefully selects vendors that meet our quality standards

Platform Fees

Luzimarket charges vendors a commission for each successful sale (typically 15% of sale value). This commission covers platform services, payment processing, customer support, and technology maintenance. Prices shown to buyers already include all costs.

Use of the Platform

When using Luzimarket, you agree to:

• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities

Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes.

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We accept credit/debit cards and OXXO payments through Stripe
• OXXO payments have a maximum limit of 10,000 MXN and expire after 3 days
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email

Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout Mexico with the following conditions:

• Shipping costs vary by zone (Zone A: 89 MXN, Zone B: 119 MXN, Zone C: 149 MXN)
• Estimated delivery: 3-10 business days depending on location
• Free shipping on orders over 1,000 MXN

Returns and Refunds

In compliance with PROFECO regulations:

• You have 30 days to return products in original condition
• Products must be unused, with tags and original packaging
• Contact support@luzimarket.shop to initiate a return
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the return

Intellectual Property

All content on Luzimarket, including logos, text, images, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. Vendors retain rights to their product listings and images.

Limitation of Liability

Luzimarket serves as a marketplace connecting buyers and vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by independent vendors.
